THE BRIEF

GoNext Esports needed photographs and film from the ALGS Year 4 Championship in Sapporo, Japan, of what a team lives through on and off stage.

THE APPROACH

We stayed beside the team throughout the event: at the stations, with the players facing the arena crowd, in the waiting moments and on the champions' stage. A dark hall and stage lighting, without losing the faces or the tension.

EXECUTION

  • Event photography
  • Player portraits
  • Stage and arena coverage
  • Film from the event
